My name is

For years, I've worked in companies, in the field and in demanding environments<\/b>. I liked the impact and the responsibility. But I've also seen what damages teams<\/b> Tensions build up, communication breaks down, power plays, overload and behaviour that wears everyone down.<\/p>\n

This journey has taught me one thing: we don't need to wait for an open crisis before taking action.<\/b> The right time is often at the beginning<\/b>, when the lights start to flicker - and a clear framework can still change everything.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Clarify early<\/b> spotting signals, naming things that are left unsaid, putting things right without escalating.<\/li>
  2. Long-term stability<\/b> because a team can't hold together if the energy is low. I use a simple, actionable prism: the 3 batteries (physical, mental, emotional)<\/b>, to recharge what's worn out and bring clarity to decisions.<\/li><\/ol>
