When the climate weakens, many people wait for things to “blow over”. The cost is often invisible... until it becomes impossible to ignore.

My role is to to intervene early, clarify what's at stake, bringing the pressure and submit a single frame and applicable.

I work with organisations to :

  • defuse tensions and unspoken words before escalation
  • strengthen management style (framework, limits, communication)
  • warn relational wear and tear (and its effects: exhaustion, conflict, staff turnover)
  • recharge teams through a concrete prism: the 3 batteries (physical, mental, emotional)
