My name is
Ingrid Vossen.

25 years' experience in the corporate world - and a speciality: providing clarity and a framework when the working climate is weakening.

I've worked at the heart of organisations, in positions of coordination and management of international teams. I know the pressure, the grey areas, the unspoken words - and above all the real cost of a deteriorating climate.

Today, I work with directors, HR and managers to prevent abuses, strengthen your management style, and create teams that can breathe... and hold on.

years of corporate experience

For years, I've worked in companies, in the field and in demanding environments. I liked the impact and the responsibility. But I've also seen what damages teams Tensions build up, communication breaks down, power plays, overload and behaviour that wears everyone down.

This journey has taught me one thing: we don't need to wait for an open crisis before taking action. The right time is often at the beginning, when the lights start to flicker - and a clear framework can still change everything.

My work is based on two pillars:

  1. Clarify early spotting signals, naming things that are left unsaid, putting things right without escalating.
  2. Long-term stability because a team can't hold together if the energy is low. I use a simple, actionable prism: the 3 batteries (physical, mental, emotional), to recharge what's worn out and bring clarity to decisions.

As a result, you move from “we're just going through the motions” to “we're taking action” - with a respectful, concrete framework that can be applied in the real world.

I work with a calm, structuring presence: without judgement, without blather, without dramatisation. I provide a framework in which things can be said clearly, useful decisions can be taken, and progress can be made in a responsible way - for people and for the organisation.
