Does calling on you mean we have “a problem”?
No. It's often the opposite: a sign of maturity. Like safety prevention, you are professionalising relational and managerial prevention. before things get out of hand.
Are you more involved in prevention or crisis management?
I am particularly useful upstream, I intervene when the signals appear and the framework can still be established simply. I also intervene when the situation has already deteriorated, provided there is a clear desire to clarify and take action.
Is it suitable for all sectors?
Yes, the tensions and dynamics of relationships don't depend on a sector, but on a system. I adapt the approach to the context, the culture and the terrain.
