Workshop

Recharging a team's energy - to restore clarity, stability and cooperation.

When the pressure mounts, so do the tensions. My approach is simple: you can't ask a team to keep going if its batteries are flat. These workshops provide concrete guidelines for recharging what's running low - on all 3 levels: physical, mental and emotional.

Why “3 batteries”?

Because in organisations, we often talk about “mental” well-being... forgetting that exhaustion is rarely one-dimensional. A team may appear to be “at the end of its tether” for different reasons: physical fatigue, mental overload, emotional tension - and each requires a specific response.

The 3-battery model makes it possible to :

put into words what teams are experiencing

identify what empties first (and why)

implement concrete, realistic actions to stabilise energy on a daily basis

Who is it for?

These workshops are very useful for :

- teams under pressure / overstretched
- managers who want to prevent attrition and maintain a healthy dynamic
- organisations wishing to integrate a more comprehensive approach than “just the mind”.”

Ideal if you observe : irritability, tiredness, tension, reduced motivation, difficulty cooperating, feeling “too much” and unclear.

What your teams get

At the end of a Jump2Grow workshop, participants leave with :

a clear understanding of what really exhausts

(and how to spot it early)

simple actions to recharge every day

(without any unrealistic grand plans)

common points of reference that reduce friction

(“we speak the same language”)

a feeling of breath + clarity, and more accurate decisions

The 3 workshops

1. Physical battery

Objective: reduce wear and tear, restore solid foundations (stress, sleep, breathing, energy), offer sources of recovery.

What we're working on :

body signal detection

nutrition / sleep / breathing

(concrete levers)

simple ways to recover

(without a “perfect routine”)

Partner intervention option (as required) :
- Animal Flow“ movement workshop (sports coach)
- ergonomics (osteopath)

2. Mental battery

Objective: lighten the load, regain mental space and lucidity.

What we're working on :

the power of the mind (and its pitfalls under stress)

concrete letting go: how to get out of “alert mode”

mental recovery methods

Possible tool : PSIO (lumino-relaxation), to facilitate recovery.

3. Emotional battery

Objective: better understand emotions at work, defuse tensions and improve relationships.

What we're working on :

emotions = signals

(what they say, what they hide)

needs, limits, clearer communication

emotional movement

(no drama, no judgement)

Support : visual tool such as the “island of emotions” + guidelines inspired by NVC (connected communication).

Possible formats

Each intervention is tailored to your context and your audience.

- Workshop (½ day / 1 day)
- Cycle 3 batteries (3 sessions: physical + mental + emotional)
- Manager format (focus on “prevention and management” for leaders under pressure)
- Mix of training + workshop (e.g.: communication/leadership + 3 batteries / Relaxation workshop + 3 batteries)

Languages : FR / NL / EN / DE

How does it work?

Framing exchange

(objectives, audience, signals observed, constraints)

Recommendation

1 workshop or complete cycle (as required)

Animation

(concrete, interactive, applicable)

Summary

(simple actions + common points of reference to hold on to over time)

Do you want to recharge the team without losing the practical side?

Tell me about your context: I'll suggest the most useful format (1 workshop or complete cycle).
